Sizing issues: requests for an exchange of an item that does not fit are granted on a case by case basis. Contact amy@campussurvivalkits.com to request an exchange. Please note the customer is responsible for return shipping of the product to Campus Survival Kits, as well as the cost of shipping the new product. Customers may also visit our location in Chantilly to conduct the exchange but this must be prearranged if you want to pick up the new item at the time of return.
